Paulo Branco, Client Service Manager
Paulo is the co-owner of Branco Nutrition and is the team member who you will speak with first. Paulo’s nutrition and fitness story starts in his early 20s where he struggled to put on muscle. After inconsistent workouts, lackluster nutrition and minimal results he enrolled in a year long program with Precision Nutrition where he gained over 20lbs of muscle onto his small frame. His consistency, dedication and results landed him a role with the following cohort as a mentor and coaching assistant with Precision Nutrition. The experience of guiding clients on a similar path developed a passion for helping others to become the best versions of themselves. He then completed his certification in Sports and Exercise Nutrition with Precision Nutrition (Pn1) rounding out his experience and knowledge.
His philosophy in nutrition coaching is centered around sustainable habitual changes over a period of time, understanding that you have real life to live with real challenges. He avoids crash diets, fads and hype methods and focuses on effective, balanced approaches to achieve his clients’ goals.
Paulo is also a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, completed the CrossFit Weightlifting Specialty course and holds an NCCP Weightlifting Club Coach certification.
